Consulting, the Founder of Virtusidea Coaching & Training & Consultancy and the Solution Partner of Sapka Danismanlik.

Erdem Erol’s work experience includes Shell Med-Cluster Marketing Project Manager, Sales Manager in Turkey with 1 Billion USD annual revenue and Pricing Manager of several countries and has “Best Salesperson of the Europe and the World” awards at Shell.

 

Erdem Erol has been coaching and training sales leaders and teams for over 10 years locally and globally.

 

Erdem Erol has ICF Professional Coaching Certification PCC with over 1000 hours in Professional Coaching.

 

Erdem Erol presents keynote speeches, jointly facilitates and designs skill building Sales Workshops with Jeffrey Lipsius which are also certified by International Coaching Federation ICF.

Jeffrey Lipsius is President and Founder of Selling To The Point®-Sales Training and Consulting. He is also a certified Inner Game coach. Jeffrey has been coaching sales leaders and sales forces for over 30 years. Jeffrey created Selling To The Point® to provide salespeople with the coaching skills needed to meet the emerging new needs of digital age customers. Digital age customers want salespeople to be sales leaders. They want salespeople to possess skills that will elevate the quality of their decision-making. Jeffrey responded to this need by teaching salespeople to be their customer’s “Decision-Coaches”.

Jeffrey Lipsius frequently co-facilitates sales training workshops with Timothy Gallwey, who is often referred to as “The Father of Modern Coaching.”

Timothy Gallwey and Jeffrey train corporate sales forces to be more productive, have better customer relationships and enjoy the profession of selling.
